International Conference «Ion Transport in Organic and Inorganic Membranes»

September 20-25, 2021

Dear participants!

The Organizing Committee of the conference is glad to invite you to submit the results of your research to two special issues of Open Access scientific journals by MDPI. In addition to open access, an important advantage when publishing in the MDPI is a very fast decision-making process (15-20 days).

The first special issue is “Polymers for Electromembrane Technologies” of the “Polymers” journal by MDPI (impact factor 3.426, Q1 (WoS and Scopus)).

The Guest Editor of the issue is Prof. Dr., Corresponding Member of RAS Andrey B. Yaroslavtsev. This issue is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of ion exchange membranes and their use in electromembrane technologies.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of CHF 2200 is currently applied to all accepted papers. For this conference, we could provide two different types of discount as you can see below:

1. 400 CHF discount for regular researcher

2. 500 CHF discount for RAS researchers

The submission deadline is 1 November 2021.

Another special issue, which invites your manuscripts, is "Ion and Molecule Transport in Membrane Systems 3.0" announced by the section "Physical Chemistry and Chemical Physics" of “International Journal of Molecular Sciences” by MDPI (impact factor 5.923, Q1 (WoS and Scopus)). Generally, all papers devoted to membrane science are welcome, with an emphasis on the ion and water transport phenomena. The Guest Editor of the issue is Prof. Dr., Victor V. Nikonenko.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of CHF 2000 is currently applied to all accepted papers. For the participants of this conference, we could provide a 500 CHF discount.

The submission deadline is 31 October 2021.
