All day on May 29 and part of May 30, all presentations will be in English; on other days presentations in Russian are allowed, but all slides must be in English. We plan to combine physical (face-to-face) and virtual (online) participation in the conference. Online participation will be open to foreign participants only.

On-line version of the conference will be held in Zoom.
The Organizing Committee approved the size of the organizational fee, including the publication of abstracts, hall rental, coffee breaks, participation in the acquaintance evening and banquet:
The registration fee is 300 €. It includes preparation and sending the official invitation, proceedings, a 4-hour tour of Sochi, Sochi airport-hotel-airport transport by bus, coffee breaks, welcome party and conference dinner. The fee is reduced for young researchers and accompanying persons: 175 €. The reduction will be also made in case of non-participation in events.
The registration fee for online participants will be 100 €. The reduction will be made for students: 50 €.
At the request of the participant, accommodation can also be included in the registration fee.
Accommodation prices for all conference participants:
- single occupancy 5700 rubles / day * 5 days = 28500 rubles.
- double occupancy 4400 rubles / day * 5 days = 22000 rubles.

In the letter, you must indicate your full name, your contact phone number, specify the dates of residence, an invoice and an agreement should be issued for an organization or an individual. Indicate in the subject of the letter: "Participation in the conference."
Payment for accommodation and registration fee must be made before April 10, 2024.
Please note that payment of accommodation and organizational fee on the spot is not possible.
The format of the event is face-to-face for citizens of the Russian Federation and face-to-face or remote for citizens of other countries.
