On-line version of the conference will be held in Zoom.

The Organizing Committee approved the size of the organizational fee, including the publication of abstracts, hall rental, coffee breaks, participation in the acquaintance evening and banquet:

The registration fee is 300 €. It includes preparation and sending the official invitation, proceedings, a Sochi airport-hotel-airport transport by bus, coffee breaks, welcome party and conference dinner. The fee is reduced for young researchers and accompanying persons: 175 €. The reduction will be also made in case of non-participation in events. 

The registration fee for online participants will be 100 €. The reduction will be made for students: 50 €.

At the request of the participant, accommodation can also be included in the registration fee.

In the letter, you must indicate your full name, your contact phone number, specify the dates of residence, an invoice and an agreement should be issued for an organization or an individual. Indicate in the subject of the letter: "Participation in the conference."

Payment for accommodation and registration fee must be made before April 10, 2025.

Please note that payment of accommodation and organizational fee on the spot is not possible.

The format of the event is face-to-face for citizens of the Russian Federation and face-to-face or remote for citizens of other countries.
